AI video editor for corporate event highlights.
A gala, an offsite, a product launch. Hours of cards from a hall, one song, a recap the room will actually watch. Same editor as a ceremony; different beats.

Not for: Not a webinar talking-head editor, and not a tool that writes avatar presenters from a script.
Story beats for this day
- Doors and the room filling. Badges, coats, the first wide of the hall. A London awards night and a Singapore launch both start here. Give it the opening phrase; do not spend it on a logo sting.
- The stage: keynote or host. One face, readable. A full speech will eat the bed. Keep a sentence and a reaction from the front rows, then leave.
- The beat you sold: award, demo, or reveal. The thing on the run-of-show. If the cut chose a wide of catering instead, swap it. The AI does not know the sponsor slide.
- The room answering. Applause, a standing table, a laugh. Documentary keeps this after the stage; Energetic will try to dance it. Check the order.
- The close. A last wide, a handshake, people leaving with bags. End on a frame the client can send internally. An empty stage as the closer is the usual repair.
After AI Cut, walk these beats on the timeline. Missing ones are ordinary clips — swap them in.
How Vantacut cuts it
Import the cards from the day. Analyse once. Shape a short bed. Documentary if the run-of-show matters; Cinematic Story if they asked for a film. AI Cut, then walk the five beats. Export on the same machine — London, Austin, or anywhere the English UI runs.
The music
A bed that can sit under a face, then lift for the reveal. Trim it to the three-minute recap you quoted, not the seventy-minute recording. The quote follows the bed.
The light
Ballroom LEDs, a cold camera, a keynote spot that does not match the tables. Auto Balance Colour is the first pass across that. Take it off if the brand look goes muddy.
Theme
Start with Documentary. It is a brief for AI Cut, not a filter. You can cut again with another of the four if the first attempt is the wrong pace.
Your footage stays on the machine
Editing, playback and export run on your computer. Analyse sends short, low-resolution previews of each clip, which carry the recorded sound, and the app asks you to agree first. Originals are not copied, moved or uploaded. The editor runs worldwide, in English; prices are in Indian rupees.
Questions
Is this only a wedding editor?
No. Corporate recaps use the same desktop app, the same four themes, and the same credits. The beats you check are different.
We filmed a panel for an hour.
A highlight is not the panel. Trim the bed to the recap you sold. Keep faces; do not try to hold the whole conversation.
Are prices in dollars or pounds?
No. Credits are quoted in Indian rupees, in the app, before you spend. The editor runs worldwide.
