The licence
- A licence is a personal, non-transferable right to use Vantacut for the period it names, tied to the email it was issued to.
- A free promotional licence is a full licence for its period, one per person.
- The licence includes no AI credits; editing and export need none.
- You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer or circumvent the licensing of the application.
AI credits
- Credits are a prepaid balance for Analyse and AI Cut at the published prices, quoted in the app before you confirm.
- A delivered job consumes its quoted credits, including a reel that is short or flagged for review.
- Credits belong to your licence, cannot be transferred, and have no cash value. Questions about a purchase: support@vantacut.com.
Your content
- Your footage, music and the films you make are yours. Vantacut claims no rights in them.
- You are responsible for the rights to your footage and music, and for reviewing what the AI produces before delivering it.
- Do not submit content that is unlawful or that you have no right to process.
The service
- We do not promise uninterrupted service for the AI stages, and the review can refuse a cut (“No reel this time”) without anything being wrong.
- We may update the application and its pricing. Price changes never apply to credits you already hold.
Disclaimer and liability
The application is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Consumer rights that cannot be excluded are unaffected.
Governing law
Indian law and Indian courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
