Your account
- The Vantacut editor is free with a Vantacut account. An account is personal and cannot be transferred.
- You may not resell, sublicense or reverse engineer the app, or get around its sign-in or credit metering.
Auto-Edit credits
- Credits are a prepaid balance for Auto-Edit, bought in packs at the published prices.
- Auto-Edit is charged in credits at the published rates in force when a reel starts, by the minute of new footage it analyses and of the reel it makes. Each charge is made only once its work is done.
- Each new account gets starting credits once, as shown on the pricing page. They are not renewed.
- A reel may start if your balance, less its price, stays within the small overdraft shown on the pricing page. A balance below zero is covered by the next pack you buy.
- Credits belong to your account, cannot be transferred, and have no cash value. Questions about a purchase: support@vantacut.com.
Your content
- Your footage, your music and the films you make are yours. Vantacut claims no rights in them.
- You are responsible for the rights to your footage and music, and for reviewing what Auto-Edit produces before you deliver it.
- Do not submit content that is unlawful or that you have no right to process.
The service
- Auto-Edit depends on online AI providers, and we do not promise it is available without interruption.
- We may update the app, its pack prices and its rates. A change to pack prices never changes the credits you already hold. A change to the rates applies to reels started after it, never to one already started.
Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Consumer rights that cannot be excluded are unaffected.
Governing law
Indian law and Indian courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
